Enrolment Procedure

Users can easily enrol using any of the online modes as under

Option 1PAN KYC based Enrolment

  • Fill online enrolment form, and enter your desired Username & PIN
  • Provide the PAN and the name as in PAN / Income Tax database.
  • Upload your pan copy and address proof copy (driving license, voter ID, etc), along with a passport size photograph.
  • Verify the mobile and email with OTP sent.
  • Record an online video of yourself using the computer or mobile. Display the original PAN card and original address proof document during the video recording.
  • Your account will be verified in our round-the-clock verification centre and processed in minutes. You will receive your account activation confirmation over email / SMS

Option 2Offline Aadhaar based Enrolment

  • Upload it in online enrolment form, along with share code..
  • Provide your mobile and email as in Aadhaar. If email ID is different, validate with an additional OTP.
  • Record an online video of yourself using the computer or mobile.
  • Your account will be verified in our round-the-clock verification centre and processed in minutes. You will receive your account activation confirmation over email / SMS

Option 3Bank KYC based Enrolment

  • Contact your bank, if they have integrated with eMudhra eSign platform for enrolment. If yes, you can use your online banking to initiate KYC account creation request, and just create the username and PIN in our system.
  • This is subject to Bank's decision and integration requirements.

Pricing / Validity

Enrolment is free for enrolments initiated through eMudhra website.

Once enrolled, users can use the account in any of the application integrated with eMudhra eSign. The charges made by such application to the users are not in eMudhra control. However, some applications may insist users to subscribe a pricing plan with eMudhra and then use in their application.

The KYC is valid for 2 years.You can update any of the information with Re-KYC procedures.

How to use eSign

Numerous applications are integrating eSign day by day, and you can use it in any of such platforms.

As a paid subscriber of eMudhra, you can use eSign by following means

Upload & Sign facility in the Web based Login area

  • This facility enables you to login to your zone at anytime from anywhere. Use the option "Upload & Sign" to perform an online electronic signature.
  • This supports signing PDF documents. Most of the Office applications allow users to save word/excel/presentation documents to PDF, which can be uploaded for signature.
  • This allows you to select the position of the signature including the pages where it has to appear.
  • Once signed, you can download the signed copy and take it for further use.
  • As the new eSign is asynchronous, any external application initiated eSign can also be completed from this web based login area. Once signed, the signature will be passed on to respective external application.

eMudhra eSign Desktop App

  • This facility enables the user to download the desktop app for Windows, Unix and Mac computers.
  • This GUI based application helps in easily signing from the computer, without logging in to the web based portal
  • Authenticate with your username, PIN and OTP to sign in seconds.

eMudhra eSign Mobile App

  • This facility enables you to use eSign mobile application in Android & iPhone devices.
  • You can simply capture a photograph (of document) and sign in few taps.
  • You can also share the signed document using platform's default sharing options.
  • As the new eSign is asynchronous, any external application initiated eSign can also be completed from this mobile app. You will receive a push notification, as soon as, a transaction is initiated. Once signed, the signature will be passed on to respective external application.
